HO HO HO

Thursday, November 29th, 2007

Being part of a very long retail/hospitality holiday season can, over time, take the ho-ho-ho out of Xmas, but we sing the carols, make the wassil, shake the hands, pass out the smiles and return to our homes. Welcome to yet another holiday season! I want to tell you all to take time to sip the eggnog, smell the tree, write a card or two (e-mails don’t count) and anticipate a good time. Sometimes we get so caught up in it all we miss the moments, the smells and the expectations!
So enjoy it all, one day at a time!

The Host Users Group Conference

Thursday, November 8th, 2007

I had the pleasure of being invited to be the keynote speaker at the HUG conference in Williamsburg Virginia this past week. Meeting these wonderful people who use the software developed by PAR Springer-Miller Hospitality Systems was most enjoyable. The positive energy, passion and integrity displayed by developers and users of this product is to be commended. Everyone there knows the importance of elevated quality customer service and not only did they do the talk but they showed the walk!
Thank you to the Host Users Group for letting me be part of this worthwhile event!
